Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for strong support for our sales team.

Job description

Your role & responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Take full commercial responsibility for your assigned territory, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.

  • Channel Management: Develop and manage our distribution partners through sell-out analysis, order planning, and joint marketing activities.

  • Direct Business Development: Build and strengthen long-term relationships with dealers and system integrators.

  • Solution Selling: Identify new project opportunities and provide technical-commercial support to tailor solutions to customer needs.

  • Field Activities: Plan and conduct regular customer visits and field sales activities (approx. 3 business trips per month across Europe).

  • Reporting & Collaboration: Monitor KPIs and forecasts while working closely with our international marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.

 

Your qualification profile

  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or AV sector.

  • Expertise: You have a proven track record in managing distribution channels and developing business with system integrators.

  • Communication: You are a negotiation expert with a consultative sales approach.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are a plus.

  • Mindset: You are proactive, determined, and highly organized. You have an analytical mindset and the ability to manage complex projects independently.

  • Reliability: You are accurate in handling commercial information and follow through on projects with discipline.

Key employment terms

  • Start Date: As soon as possible.

  • Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).

  • Work Model: Hybrid (Modern co-working space in Barcelona & Remote options).

  • Remuneration: Annual gross salary starting at 35.000€, plus a performance-based bonus

  • Vacation: 25 days of paid leave per year (plus public holidays).

  • Probation Period: 6 months.

  • Mobility: Regular travel within Europe/Spain required. A company car is not provided.
